Our “ground-level” approaches to chronic disease management have been greatly impacted by Covid-19, but the pandemic has also enabled opportunities for innovation and “pivoting” in the management of our patients.

In the third section of this module series, we will use case examples to explore this concept, and we will also present self-learning exercises to help you take steps towards a “pivot” in your own practice.
