One of the pillars of family medicine/primary care is the understanding and integration of the patient’s experience in the provision of care. Unfortunately, this attribute can be deprioritized during a pandemic or similar global health emergency. In this second section of our chronic disease module series, we will use video examples and case-based learning exercises to explore this experience.
