    Please share one way in which you feel your practice in managing patients with chronic diseases has been successfully adapted to the circumstances of the pandemic.

    Most of the chronic disease management was adapted to patient self-monitoring of blood pressure and glucose, and doing teleconsultation. Required medication were either prescripted or dispensed at the clinic.

    At almost 3 years of pandemic, chronic deseases management have been changed in the new circumstances; for example, now cannot be considered older investigation that don’t include new information about Covid-19 in the chronic desease. On the other hand, the lived experiences by the patient, won’t can modify what think, without to be taken under consideration the physician’s advices

    One way in which I’ve adapted to the pandemic in managing patients with chronic diseases in my practice is an improvement in implementing the ‘self-care’ principles of chronic diseases.
